Request account deletion
Under the GDPR and other data protection laws you can ask us to erase your account and all personal data linked to it. Use this page if you have lost access to your account. We may need to check that the account is yours before we act. We confirm completion within 30 days, normally within a few days.
Fastest way
Delete it yourself, in the app
Open CLYMB → Profile → Delete account and confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent: it removes your sign-in, your profile, your training plan and levels, your skills schedule, your onboarding answers and your whole workout history. No email, no waiting, no request to approve.
